PHILOSOPHY
Born in a garage, Birra Serriola is the result of a great passion for engines, motorcycles, nature and beer! Try to imagine the wonderful evenings with friends, spent polishing, modifying, embellishing and admiring our "irons"! Between a chat and the other, a good beer and a laugh.
The endless discussions about which engine was better, who had more power, who had more style.

In the end it always ended in a big laugh. The garage lights went out, the bikes rested and we went home happy.

Now those same evenings are still the same beautiful evenings. We are happy and once home we drink Serriola Beer.

Why Serriola Beer? Because we are in the upper Tiber Valley and the Bocca Serriola pass is a paradise for motorcyclists and is the meeting point for a nice ride on a motorbike. Furthermore, when descending from the pass, one takes the beer route.
Every time we go back to the garage to "get our hands" on the motorcycles, we relive the adventures we had lived while drinking a good beer; BUT ALWAYS AND ONLY when the bike is stopped in the garage. The pleasure of riding a motorcycle is comparable to the pleasure of drinking a good beer. Both experiences must be done with your head and with friends.
