Our 2 Tempi is a Bafalo method beer. It is fermented in wooden barrels for 6 months. This procedure gives delicate acidity to the 2-stroke allowing it to be mixed with our pure 100% Sangiovese fruit juice, to create a mix ofabsolute elegance and taste.

Tuscan cured meats, especially the Finocchiona. Battuta and tartare of Chianina.  Fresh cheeses, especially fresh Pecorino Toscano.  First courses of meat with white ragù, cheese and pepper, Norcina.  Grilled or pan-fried white meats.  Raw or smoked fish; salmon, trout, herring, mussels and first courses with shellfish or seafood. Fried fish or grilled.  Classic or white pizzas also with sausage or vegetables. Dishes  Vegetarians: pinzimonio, fried vegetables, risotto with asparagus or mushrooms.  Desserts: panne cotte, crèm caramel, Panpepato.
